About the Shipping/Delivery


1.) Deliveries within East Delhi and Noida will be made on the same day, depending on your request (any time) Our normal delivery hours are between 9 am - 8 pm Midnight delivery hours are between 10:30 pm - 12:00 am . Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be delivered next day before 12:00 PM unless specified a different window of time. We will try our best to honor the client's request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in timing of delivery. Delivery timings promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, unfounded recipients etc and the order might be considered delivered for such cases and no refund will be made.



2.) We take preference "Preferred Delivery Time" from customer, it is for your convenience and we make our best efforts to deliver your order within "preferred timeline" however this is not guaranteed and may not always be possible.



3.) Delivery will be presumed to be made if any person at the specified address accepts the item on behalf of the receiver. No Claim for Non Acceptance of the Gift Items shall be entertained. If recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) and recipient phone is wrong or unreachable at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.



4.) If the recipient is not found at home / office, your gift will be delivered to neighbor, or security. At reception (in case of office). Your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items. If recipient's number is incorrect, not responding, or not available, the delivery may not be possible and as such the recipient must collect the order from our delivery center within 24 hrs from scheduled delivery time.



5.) Please make sure you provide the correct address with details when making a request to make our delivery process efficient and reliable. We will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses and no complaints for the same will be entertained.



6.) OLOCART will try its level best to deliver the goods at the specified date. However, if delivery does not take place at the specified date (which is highly unlikely) due to some unavoidable circumstances, we shall deliver the item at the earliest and in this case, no refund will be asked for. Under extreme and rare cases, if we are not able to make a delivery we will ensure that you get 100% refund of your money. No other claims apart from the 100% refund will be tenable.



7.) Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 24hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled. Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 24hrs of the actual delivery. 8.) In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.



9.) Products shown on olocart.com may vary from original flowers in terms of availability.



10.) During peak holidays, festivals or events, our customer service agents may not be able to provide immediate delivery confirmation. However please be assured that our team is working hard to get your orders delivered as soon as possible.




About the Products


1.) Orders placed for Cakes will not be possible early in the morning at all, since the cakes have to be procured fresh from the bakery and delivered. So the delivery of the cakes would only be possible after 11 AM. The iteams which comes under courier delivery will be delivered as per the time and days duration mentioned in product catogaries. 



2.) The Flowers delivered to the recipient will be generally as per the description of the article and as per the picture chosen by the customer. There may be variations in appearance and colors especially in the goods like flowers and cakes. olocart will deliver the same exactly the same gifts displayed on its web site and from the same sources as indicated. However in certain unavoidable circumstances arising due to non availability of product from the indicated sources, it reserves the right to change the source and deliver approximately similar or higher value product.



3.) Flower arrangements delivered may not be exactly the same as those shown on the site. We make all possible efforts to deliver exactly the similar arrangement but due to seasonal constraints, we may need to substitute some flowers. Although, we promise that the number of flowers will be the same and the value of the substitutions will be equal to or higher than what is shown on our website.



4.) olocart is not responsible for the quality of any branded items. The respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of products. We only provide you the facility to lodge a complaint on them through our website.



5.) All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. Products shown on our website may vary from original flowers in terms of availability.



6.) Certain flowers and may be delivered in "bud" to ensure longer life.



7.) If perishable items like cake, sweets and various other hand delivered items are not available. We shall substitute those with similar gift items of equal quality and price value.



8.) The complaint against quality of sweets, cake and other perishable items needs to be raised within 24 hours for delivery time.
